The book I am going to view about is Leadership & The One Minute Manager by Ken Blanchard, Patricia Zigarmi and Drea Zirgami. There are many books in this series which I got to know while reading this one. I have read the updated and new version of Leadership & The One Minute Manager about increasing effectiveness through Situational Leadership

The book is very insightful and informative. It does not only explains what situational leadership is in theory but also gives examples and situations for giving us a better understanding. If you are in a leadership role or looking forward to pursuing one, this book can be a good guide to understanding different leadership styles 

Leadership and The One Minute Manager has explained Situational leadership with different type of styles. performance assessment, conversation types and many more, for which you have to read and gain knowledge. Synopsis for the book are mentioned towards the end

The Monogram Murders - Sophie Hannah

 I am on a roll with reading up murder mysteries... A very dear colleague gifted The Monogram Murders by Sophie Hannah to me and I am grateful to her for this. Every book tells us a story and I seem to have a story as well behind getting books😄 The Monogram Murders, series of Hercule Poirot books, which has characters created by Agatha Christie.  Starting with my view of the book, it is very well written and plotted. The minute details uncovered by the protagonist held my attention throughout which made me wonder who the murderer would be. The clues, characters, places reminded me of Sherlock Holmes but the uniqueness was maintained till the end I better not mention more of it to keep your curiosity lighted up.
