After You - Jojo Moyes

Image
After You by Jojo Moyes is the sequel of Me Before You. Me Before You was the first romantic novel I loved which lead to reading the second one. After You is sweet and a good read. It portrays that we can get through tough times with the right people beside us. The journey of Louisa Clark teaches us that no one is perfect and we all have our ups and downs but trying to get out of our fears and traumas is the most difficult to do. I guess trying is an achievement in itself which shows that we are taking a step forward. The book has different characters with different personalities. I wouldn't give any spoilers but it is a good read with many things to learn. The novel has emotions, comedy, suspense and more. Below are some of my favorite quotes from the book with the synopsis also given below: Synopsis: After You is a continuation of Louisa Clark's life after Will's death. It follows her journey of recovery after losing her beloved. Encouraged by Will to make her life mo...

In our first blog we shall take you through our journey of the novel Anxious People by Fredrik Backman A story about a journey or incident which changed and affected some lives. There were moments of laughing, sadness, happiness, shocked; in short it was a wholesome experience which left a smile on the face throughout and towards the end. The way the characters are portrayed by the author and the way they stand up for each other pleases our kind side The story very subtly explains that nobody is perfect and mistakes and decisions are part of being human  Below are some of our favorite quo...
